Who is responsible

Zodiaris is operated by SIA EASYMAT, registration number 40203221390, the controller responsible for personal data we process in operating the journal. For privacy questions or requests, email info@zodiaris.com.

Reading without an account

The public journal does not ask for your name, email, birth time or birthplace to read a horoscope. “Save my sign” stores a zodiac-sign preference in this browser when you request it. You can remove it with the same control or by clearing this site’s browser data. The public journal has no checkout or newsletter signup.

Optional birth chart calculator

Our birth chart calculator uses the date, time and birthplace you enter to calculate a chart in your browser. We do not send these entries, coordinates or chart results to an astrology provider, put them in page URLs or include them in analytics events. The city directory is delivered from our own site in country-sized files; city search text stays in your browser. Hosting services still receive the resource requests described below.

Nothing is saved automatically. Choosing “Save on this device” stores one chart, its entered birth details and calculation versions in this browser. It remains until you replace or delete it, or clear the site’s browser data. Anyone using the same browser can load it. “Delete saved chart” removes that saved copy. Downloads and printed copies remain under your control; birth date, time and place are excluded unless you choose to include them.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use these to answer your inquiry, investigate a reported problem or handle a rights request. Please share only what is relevant and avoid sending sensitive personal details.

We do not treat an inquiry as consent to marketing. Our purposes are to respond to correspondence and administer the journal, based on our legitimate interests, and to meet legal obligations when handling a privacy request. Messages are retained for as long as needed to handle the matter and related follow-up, resolve a dispute or meet an applicable legal obligation.

Optional analytics

With analytics allowed, the calculator can record that a calculation succeeded, an image was downloaded, a chart was saved or printed, or a general category of error occurred. These events contain no birth details, planetary placements or saved-chart identifier. The calculator does not submit a web form or enable automatic collection of its field contents.

Google Analytics is available only after you choose Allow analytics. Before that choice, we do not load its script or send analytics requests.

When a Google Analytics tag is configured and you consent, Google receives information about page views, engagement, your browser and device, and approximate location. Analytics cookies may distinguish visits and returning browsers. We use this information to understand which pages readers find useful. Our integration disables advertising consent and Google Signals.

The page-view events sent by our site omit URL query strings and fragments. Selected campaign labels, such as a Pinterest referral, may be included. These limits on analytics events do not remove information from requests received by the website’s hosting service.

You can decline or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” when analytics is enabled. Withdrawing consent stops collection in this browser and clears the journal’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google. Website delivery and service providers

Hosting and security services receive connection information needed to deliver the site, such as an IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information. They may retain technical logs for operation, security and troubleshooting. Our purpose is to provide and protect the journal, based on our legitimate interests in a working, secure website.

The site uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Some editorial images are delivered by Sanity. Fonts are served from our own site. These hosting and image services receive connection information when your browser requests their resources, independently of optional analytics. Email services also process the messages you send to us so they can be delivered and answered.

For details of these providers’ processing, see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Sanity’s Privacy Policy. A provider may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Contact us for information about the providers and any transfer safeguards relevant to your request.

Storage and retention

Your saved sign and analytics choice remain in local browser storage until you remove or replace them; they have no automatic expiry. We also store your analytics choice in a first-party preference cookie for up to one year so the same choice can be respected when JavaScript is unavailable. This cookie does not measure visits. Connection-log retention depends on the delivery or security service involved and the operational need for the record. If analytics is enabled, its reporting-data retention depends on the Analytics property settings and is separate from cookie expiry. Your privacy rights

Where applicable data-protection law provides these rights, you can ask to access or correct your personal data, request deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability of eligible data. You can withdraw consent to optional analytics at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Send a request to info@zodiaris.com and describe the data or interaction involved. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing personal data. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority; in Latvia, this is the Data State Inspectorate.

Changes to this notice

We update this page when the journal’s data practices change and show the revision date above. New features that collect personal data require their own clear explanation before that data is collected.
